Audience held this Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development

On the sidelines of the 14th session of the World Trade Organization (WTO-14), Professor Fuh Calistus Gentry, Minister of Mines, Industry and Technological Development (ai), received the Malian Minister of Industry and Trade, Mr Moussa Alassane Diallo.
The courtesy visit provided an opportunity for both officials to exchange experiences. Discussions focused primarily on the importance of structural transformation in their respective countries through industrialisation.
On this occasion, the MINMIDT presented Cameroon’s industrialisation strategy, which is based on the development of complete value chains and the promotion of local processing. The importance of establishing an industrial mapping of the country to enhance sector monitoring was also highlighted.
The meeting, held in a warm and cordial atmosphere, concluded with a group photograph at the Minister’s office.
